Program membership refers to the maximum period of time you have to complete your program. Students can take the full time or can fast track and finish sooner. Once a student completes their program hours they must graduate and exit their program (regardless of the remaining member period).
The Alumni is an association available to all ICA Coaches, post-graduation. Members must hold an ICA Level 1 or 2 Certification. Participation is governed by the ICF ethical practice guidelines and ICA's code of conduct.

Full Program Completion
Partial Program Completion
If a student finds they need to exit the program early (before completing all course work) they can be certified for their completed hours. This is Coach Specific Training. This is dependent on the following.

- they submit a graduation checklist, showing all classes and hours completed, and inn a format that is editable by ICA (excel, word etc).
If a student is unable to complete their program because they have breached the ICA Code of Conduct or participation policies, then their individual participation and completion will be reviewed by the Training Director. The issue of certification, if any, will be at the discretion of the ICA Training Director and dependant on the following.
- they submit a graduation checklist, showing all classes and hours completed, and in a format that is editable by ICA (excel, word etc).
