It's not uncommon for life to take a different direction to the one planned, resulting in students needing to stop their studies unexpectedly, or needing longer than the allocated access time to complete their studies. The options to extend or re-enter are available.
Member period expired less than 12 months ago
Students whose program expired within the previous 12 months can re-enter and extend their program access for a monthly fee of $150 AUD. Your enrollment will be reinstated and you will continue on with your studies.
If needed, you can attend an orientation or progress session to get you up and running again. If you would prefer a private orientation or your graduation checklist mapped, then an additional one off fee of $200 AUD will apply. This is optional.
As soon as you graduate the monthly payments will cease. You will be certified and will be invited to join the ICA Alumni as a graduate.

Member period expired more than 12 months ago, but less than 6 years
Students whose program expired more than 12 months ago can apply to re-enter and extend their program access for a one-off fee of $700 AUD, and then a monthly fee of 150 AUD per month. Your enrollment will be reinstated, your graduation checklist will be mapped from your prior completion to your new completion, and we'll organise a one on one orientation for you.
If the program you originally joined is no longer an active program, you will be transitioned to the program closest in accreditation and certification standing.
As soon as you graduate the monthly payments will cease. You will be certified and will be invited to join the ICA Alumni as a graduate.

Your program access ended over 5 years ago
Please contact support via support@icacoach.com. If you have a copy of your prior participation, please include this because it can most likely be counted towards your new enrollment.

Exit with Partial Certification
With this option you can exit your program and receive partial certification. Should you decide to return in the future to complete your studies, we will review your prior completion and apply learning credits to the program most similar in level and completion hours at that time. A fee will apply to rejoin and reinstate monthly access.
