Program
Each program has a set number of hours, learning tasks and assessments. These combined make up a program.
Program membership refers to the maximum period of time a student has access to the learnsite for the purpose of completing their program. Once complete, a student must exit their program and member area. They continue to have lifetime access to CoachCampus.
Lifetime Membership
Lifetime membership refers to an ongoing association, without an end date. ICA students have timetime access to CoachCampus.
How many times can I take classes?
Whilst it is intended that classes and labs are taken only once (as per the program allocation) there is some flexibility.
- Core Classes, Competency Labs, Coach Development Labs
If you need to repeat a class or lab you can, but it must be within your access period and prior to the commencement of your performance evaluation. - Mentor Coaching Labs
Students can attend only the number of mentoring sessions included in their program. These must be attended prior to beginning your performance evaluation. - Observed Coaching
Students can attend only the number of mentoring sessions included in their program. These must be attended prior to beginning your oral exam and must be done before your oral exam.

When is my program complete?
Partial Program Completion
If a student finds they need to exit the program early (before completing all course work) they can be certified for their completed hours. This is Coach Specific Training. This is dependent on the following.
- ICA is notified within 14 days of them exiting the program
- their fees are paid in full
- they submit a graduation checklist, showing all classes and hours completed, and inn a format that is editable by ICA (excel, word etc).
If a student is unable to complete their program because they have breached the ICA Code of Conduct or participation policies, then their individual participation and completion will be reviewed by the Training Director. The issue of certification, if any, will be at the discretion of the ICA Training Director and dependant on the following.
- they submit a graduation checklist, showing all classes and hours completed, and in a format that is editable by ICA (excel, word etc).
Can I still access my program after I graduate?
Once all program requirements have been met, the program is complete and a student must apply to graduate. They move from student membership (with learnsite and coachcampus access) to lifetlime alumni membership (CoachCampus membership).
