Overview

As an International school our schedule spans 126 countries. The criteria for scheduling references the following considerations:

  1. Location of students
  2. Historical and current attendance trend data (eg. highest and lowest attendance)
  3. Student Progress and milestone data  (eg. Beginning vs nearing completion)  
  4. Faculty availability

What to expect as a student

There will be a choice of morning, afternoon or evening sessions for each topic. If you can't attend a session one week at the shown time, you can attend that topic another week at another time.


Criteria for adding or altering sessions

* An additional session will be added when a class consistently exceeds 20 students
* Sessions with fewer than 10 students will be rescheduled to a more suitable time.
* Schedule changes will be considered if a student’s request benefits the broader community.
* Alternative options may be offered for students nearing graduation who need specific sessions to complete their program.

** Additional classes or labs will not be considered where it is a preference to attend classes on one day vs another, or where at least one of the published times can be attended.
