As an International school our schedule spans 126 countries. The criteria for scheduling references the following considerations:

  1. Location of students
  2. Historical and current attendance trend data (eg. highest and lowest attendance)
  3. Student Progress and milestone data  (eg. Beginning vs nearing completion)  
  4. Faculty availability

What to expect as a student

Coach Skills (theory) classes and Practicum labs

For Level 2 programs there will be a choice of 4 time different time options each week.  This includes a morning, afternoon, evening and weekend option.  The topic classes will then rotate through each time option, appearing at least once in each option during your membership period.
** For Level 1 programs there will be a choice of 3 times each week.

Mentor Coaching labs

There will be a choice 3 sessions each week. These will be predictably scheduled at the same time each week all year. As soon as these sessions fill, additional sessions will be scheduled.  

Observed Coaching Labs

For those joining as participants, there will be a a choice 3 sessions each week. 

For those joining as coach, there will be at least one new series opening up for registration each month. These will be predictably scheduled at the same time each week all year. As soon as these sessions fill, additional sessions will be scheduled.     

Criteria for adding or altering sessions

* An additional session will be added when a class consistently exceeds 20 students
* Sessions with fewer than 10 students will be rescheduled to a more suitable time.
* Schedule changes will be considered if a student’s request benefits the broader community.
* Temporary alternatives will be considered for students genuinely unable to attend scheduled classes.
* Alternative options will be offered for students nearing graduation who need specific sessions to complete their program.

** Additional classes or labs will not be considered where it is a preference to attend classes on one day vs another, or where at least one of the published times can be attended.
