We appreciate that joining a coach training program is an investment of your time and money, and one you may have considered for a long time. So, our team of support staff are dedicated to making sure you maximise your return on investment by creating a trouble free, learning rich and fulfilling experience.


Self Serve

The majority of questions we receive can be answered by reading the information shared in the learnsite or via the FAQ's in the solution hub. The instant answers are a time saver. If you can't find an answer, you will be provided with the option to submit a ticket to support.

Our support team will review your questions or concerns and answer directly. Please share as much information as possible so our team can resolve your issue in the first response. If your query is urgent, please note that in the heading so we can priortise you.


Join a group Q & A Call

These sessions are designed to enhance your learning journey. They are small group calls where you can chat in person with ICA faculty and other students. 


One on One Progress Session

These are private 'one on one' sessions with a member of ICA faculty. The agenda is completely yours, with the suggested format being to discuss your progress and map out a completion plan.  The cost is $150 AUD for a 45 minute private session.

Support services are provided to assist students in their learning journey, but they are not an entitlement to be used disrespectfully. The support team is there to help, guide, and provide resources in a constructive and respectful environment. All interactions are expected to be professional, and students are responsible for communicating appropriately. Misuse of support services, including disrespectful or aggressive behaviour, is not acceptable and may result in limitations on access to support.
