We appreciate that coach education is a considerable investment of time, money and energy. If you find that our training is not a good fit for your learning style, you can withdraw with a partial refund. Your application to withdraw must be received within 14 days of Enrollment and be submitted via the
ELIGIBILITY
Pre commencement of study
If you have not yet accessed the learnsite you will be eligible for a 95% refund. 5% is retained to cover the costs associated with processing your enrollment and withdrawal and the issuing of logins.
The ICA admin fee is calculated as follows:
Full Program Tuition x 5% = 5% admin fee.
The refund is calculated as follows:
Fees paid - 5% ICA Admin fee = refund processed
Post commencement of study
If you have accessed the learnsite and find that our program is not a good fit for your learning style, you will be eligible for a 90% refund. 10% is retained to cover the costs associated with processing your enrollment and withdrawal, issuing of logins, and any program participation.
To be sure your decision is informed, you must have participated in the program and completed the following:
- Downloaded the Graduation Checklist
- Completed the What is Coaching Quiz
- Attended at least 1 class and 1 lab
The ICA admin fee is calculated as follows:
Full Program Tuition x 10% = 10% admin fee.
The refund is calculated as follows:
Fees paid - 10% ICA Admin fee = refund processed
** If fees paid at the time of withdrawal are less than the 10% calculation (for those on payment plans), the balance will be charged before future payments are cancelled.
APPLICATION
To withdraw and be eligible for a partial refund consideration, you must meet
- meet either the pre commencement or post commencement of study eligibility
- apply for the refund within 14 days of your enrollment date (not eligible outside of 14 days).
- follow the formal withdrawal process by using the Enrollment Variation Application
** ICA does not refund fees based on change of mind or personal circumstances.
