ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
To withdraw and be eligible for a partial refund consideration, you must meet the following criteria:
have attended an orientation call
have attended a combination of at least 5 labs or classes (so that your decision is informed).
apply for the refund within 45 days of your enrollment date (not eligible outside of 45 days).
follow the formal withdrawal process by using the Enrollment Variation Application
Students who have paid in full
A refund will be calculated on the full value of the program and issued at the end of the 45 day learning period.
The administration fee is calculated on the full value of the program, as follows:
Full Program Tuition x 10% = 10% admin fee.
The refund is calculated as follows:
Fees paid less 10% admin fee = value to be refunded
Students who have fees outstanding (or on a plan)
A refund will be calculated and issued at the end of the 45 day learning period. It will be calculated as follows:

** If fees paid at the time of withdrawing are less than the 10% calculation, the balance will be charged before future payments are cancelled.
** ICA does not refund fees based on change of mind or personal circumstances.
