Students submitting their final oral exam must submit a synchronised transcript. This format enables your assessor to listen to the coaching session while following the transcript in real time. The timestamps provide an easy point of reference, allowing the assessor to navigate the recording efficiently, provide accurate feedback, and identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for development. 

Instructions for preparing your transcript

Step 1: Record a Coaching Session

• 30 - 35 minutes 
• must be a real client and a real session (not scripted)
• must demonstrate coaching at either ACC or PCC level (depending on your program)

Step 2: Create a synchronised transcript

• Upload your audio into a program such as otter.ai or ebby.co to create the transcript.
• must indicate speakers
• must include timestampts

Step 3: Self assess your session

• Check for transcription accuracy
• Review the level of coaching you demonstrate
