Why is it necessary to register for the role of Coach?
Coaching with feedback and Coach Proficiency sessions provide for 3 students to present coaching and receive faculty feedback. To be sure students can prepare and plan appropriately, the sessions must be booked in advance.
We fully understand that life can sometimes get in the way, or doesn't run as planned. This could be due to illness, you had a work meeting, you got stuck in traffic, you couldn't get a sitter, or you just forgot (we're all human!). If you have held this session or series for more than 48 hours, a fee will apply.
This fee acknowledges your accountability, the opportunity cost associated with holding your booking at the expense of another student registering, and the real time administrative costs associated with managing your cancellation or variation (eg. schedule changes, notifying faculty etc)
How to cancel or amend
There is a link in your confirmation email that will support you to cancel or amend your registration up until 7 days prior. Any adjustments within 14 days will need to be processed by support via support@coachcampus.com
Can a session be swapped?
As soon as you cancel a session, it will be re-opened for other students to take up this opportunity. If another student takes this session, then the fee will not be charged.
Coaching with Feeback
Cancellation or Variation
A $50 AUD contribution will apply to all cancelled or varied sessions that are not taken up by another student.
No Show
If for any reason you fail to attend a session a contribution of $75 AUD fee will apply. This contribution will be donated on your behalf to a charity invested in creating positive change in the world (as selected by ICA).
Observed Coaching
Cancellation, Variation or No Show
A $350 AUD contribution will apply to all cancelled or varied series that are not taken up by another student.
A $250 AUD contribution will apply to a missed session (this will be rescheduled as a private session)
Please do not ask our support team to waive these fees or adjust this policy.
The terms of booking are available to all students prior to registration and must be read and agreed to at that time. Each student is therefore responsible for adhering to this policy. Please do not ask our support team to remove or adjust the fee, as doing so would be asking them to act outside the agreed policy.
